Create on screen before you sew
Pfaff creative Customizing allows you to add several designs together to personalize your design. Adjust the colors to the thread shades from your preferred manufacturer, then combine with Lettering or Shapes.

Unlimited hoop sizes
Select hoop size or create your own size and save customized designs in the desired hoop size. Choose Horizontal or Vertical hoop.

Select your favorite colors
Matches nearest colors automatically from your original designs. Adjust up to 36 colors in any design. Store the color information in your .vip files, or export to your preferred format. Choose from any of the 9 thread databases: Sulky Rayon, Alcazar Rayon, R-A Rayon, Madeira Rayon, Isafil Rayon, Stickma Poly, R-A Poly, Madeira Poly, Isacord Poly.

Quick 3D with changeable background
Viewing your design in Quick 3D the background texture is colored to match the screen setting.

Move and Combine Designs
Move any embroidery at the arrow position. Use the Shift key to select the design underneath. Combine an unlimited number of Designs, Monograms and Shapes. You can choose between the 175 Special Shapes included with Pfaff creative Customizing.

ColorSort your designs
Reduce the number of thread changes in your design with the intelligent ColorSort feature.

Lettering - 29 fonts
Stitch count and density settings are adjusted instantly for flawless lettering and shapes. Lettering and monograms can be placed in many different shapes; for example, Circle, Diamond or Double Arch. Choose from 12 Fill Patterns to texture large letters.

Automatic Kerning
Accurately determines the best spacing between letters and positions them with precision.

Nearest Point Joining
Letters are connected at the closest point for faster stitching. No need to trim between letters so you can work quickly and efficiently.

Insert Multiple
Add any number of words or shapes to a design with the Insert Multiple feature. They can be adjusted as separate designs with stitch density control until saved.

Cut, Copy, Paste
Cut, Copy or Paste embroideries to and from other Embroidery System programs.

Rotate, Mirror and Scale
Rotate designs by any degree. Mirror image designs end to end or side to side. Enlarge or reduce a design by 20%.

Zoom
Enlarge an area up to 800% for ease of customizing. Zoom to Fit adjusts the design to the available screen area, or view at Real Size for lifelike accuracy.

Add notes and search for designs
Store up to 1000 characters of notes for your .vip designs. Search for key words in the notes or design name to choose designs. Read notes from your .hus, .pcs and .pes designs, too.

Printing
Print a design worksheet in color to use as a sewing guide and as a template for placing embroideries on garments.

Help and Tutorials
A printed User's Guide and extensive on-screen Help provide advice and help ensure perfect results. Learn the program with interactive tutorials that help you to 'click through' the QuickStart Exercises.

Customize the screen
Set your screen background or grid to any color in the 16-million Windows color palette. Turn the grid on and off or change the size.

Convert your old designs to .vip format
A free conversion utility, VIP Conversion, is automatically installed with your VIP Customizing System. Convert all your embroidery files to .vip format, storing their colors in your preferred thread manufacturer's shades in the notes so you can search your computer for designs. creative Fantasy cards and Pfaff creative cards can be opened in Customizing with the creative 2140.

Use all major embroidery file formats
Load and manipulate an unlimited number of stitch files at a time. Drag and drop designs from Windows Explorer for quick access to all designs, or use the Design View Directory Browser. Simply click on a picture to load the design. The viewer remains on screen to load multiple files.

The Vip Batch Conversion program is a utility included with your Embroidery System VIP Customizing. Use it to convert all your embroidery files, storing their colors in your preferred thread manufacturer's shades in the notes so you can search your computer for designs.
